Application Form Queries

Post by tier1lah1 » Sun Sep 17, 2017 2:41 pm

I am filling in the application form and have the following questions:

1. Table 3b2
a. What is the end date if the staff is still with the company now?
b. If the staff salary is increased every year, do we fill in 3 different rows with different hourly rate per row?
c. I paid fixed travelling allowances to my staff as they need to go the customers house occasionally. Are these considered as salary and thus included in the hourly pay?

2. Table 3b2b
My wife is also a director of my company. In this table, if I answer "No" for the question "Are they part of your entrepreneur team", I was asked to list the names of the holders of the jobs they have created. How should I answer this question? Or should I answer Yes to Question N4 that I am the sole director of the company since wife is considered as dependent?

3. On Page 45, is Employee Payment Records, P45 or P46 required? I have Employer Payment Records but not Employee Payment Record. Is P45 mandatory to submit?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Leave it blank or just write "continuing" or something else

Is she part of the team ? If not, then you would answer No. And you can safely assume she has not created any of the jobs, so the names are none.
If you are not the sole director, then you can't answer Yes to N4 - never lie on the form. She can resign and then you can answer Yes.

Assuming it is a new business only payslips and FPS are needed. None of the others.

I initially registered as Tier1lah1 but I forgot my password. I then registered as Tier1lah2 but later found my password for Tier1lah1. Can you help to delete Tier1lah2, please? Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Hi marcnath

1. On Application Form page 46, Do we need to fill all employees in diffrent tables with all the salary rates change details under there name...?

2. How we confirm that the employee who leaves in May 2017 cover by third employee New Employee joined in May 2017) in same position. Like in diffrent tables (means need to fill three tables OR add 1st employee and 3rd employee in same table under same Job Title), Job number is going to change and Job Title remains the same and date of job created by third employee is same as first one (Who leaves in May 2017) or its going to be the start date of third employee...?

You only need to enter the jobs and employees you are claiming points for.

You have two show two jobs maintained for 12 months each. So this table has to show that. If you have different employees making up one 12 month job (as in your case the employee who left in May and the new one who joined) they should be under the same Job

Thanks marcnath for your quick and Valuable reply

How we fill the houlry rate chage in table under the same employee name.

Job Title- Marketing Executive
Employee Name/ Start Date / End Date / Hourly Rate Paid / Full Time

Employee 1 01/05/2016 £7.20 YES
Employee 1 01/05/2016 £7.50(01/02/2017) Yes
Employee 1 01/05/2016 15/05/2017 £7.50 Yes
Employee 2 01/05/2017 £7.50 Yes

Is this the right way to fill details in the application form for change of Rate of Hourly Pay and two employees (Employee 1 & 2- Employee 1 leaves on 15/05/2017 and Employee 2 joins on 01/05/2017 under the same Job Title) cover 1 Job for minimum 1 Year...?

For employee 1, you should have end date for each hourly rate, so 1st row will have end date 1/2/17 and second row will have start date 1/2/17, etc.
I assume Employee 2 is continuing ?

Hi

Job Title- Marketing Executive
Employee Name/ Start Date / End Date / Hourly Rate Paid / Full Time

Employee 1---01/05/2016----01/02/2017 ----£7.20---YES
Employee 1---01/02/2017----15/05/2017---- £7.50---Yes
Employee 2-- 01/05/2017-----Still Working--- £7.50--- Yes

For other (3 Employee)that continue on same Job- its looks like-

Job Title- Office Manager
Employee Name/ Start Date / End Date / Hourly Rate Paid / Full Time

Employee 3---01/07/2016----01/02/2017 ----£7.20---YES
Employee 3---01/02/2017----Still Working---- £7.50---Yes

Hopefully this is the rightway and yes, Employee 2 & 3 still working.

There are no immigration rules requirements to sign documents (no harm if you do) anymore except for the application form itself and some employment documents if you have joined a business.
