Plz help .. filling FLR(M) form !!

Hello ..

Sorry for this silly question but i don't want to put something wrong.

We need to fill Biometric residence permit details in Section 9 of FLR(M) form i.e. BRP number and place of issue. My wife have spouse vignette (sticker) visa in passport issued in Pakistan Islamabad. where do i find BRP number?? I am confuse with BRP card and vignette visa.

She doesn't have a BRP number. Read the question again, it says 'IF you have........' and at 9.1 'HAVE you been issued.....'. Simply tick NO and go to 9.12.
