points award for Certificate of ENT to Right of Abode visa

Dear seniors. I am tier 1 Ent 200k. One applicant applied for a job in my business and she has a Kuwaiti passport valid 5 year visa Certificate of Ent to Right of Abode. Would i be given points if i employee her. Is she a settled worker? Regards

She would be a settled worker as she has Right of Abode, i.e. can live in the UK without restriction.
