acctually i am applying first time but people arround me saying dont apply just wait 12 months then directly apply for naturalisation but really i wanna apply due to attend function in jan2018.

acctually i am applying first time but people arround me saying dont apply just wait 12 months then directly apply for naturalisation but really i wanna apply due to attend function in jan2018.

TD wont affect your naturalisation application. but if u need to travel in January , u need to apply ASAP. if u don't plan to travel another year, then u don't need to worry about it

Did u receive any acknowledgement letter from HO after u sent the application?
bcoz if u go through this form everyone receive acknowledgement letter return with their BRP approximately within 3 weeks. but your case is bit different. did u send any prepaid
Special Delivery envelope with application? (if yes, u can track) how u get delivered ur TD?(DX courier or royal mail)

any way hopefully u will get BRP by this week. if not u should phone them next week..

Thanks for your reply, I didn't receive an acknowledgment letter from the HO which was baffling. I did send the documents tracked but the tracking online only shows until they were delivered at the HO in Croydon. I received my TD by a courier so I really hope I get my BRP back this week. Otherwise i might have to report that they lost it.

Hey, I haven't received my BRP yet but I have sent a letter to the HO asking my case worker to send my permit back. Hope he gets the letter tho

Thanks for your reply, I didn't receive an acknowledgment letter from the HO which was baffling. I did send the documents tracked but the tracking online only shows until they were delivered at the HO in Croydon. I received my TD by a courier so I really hope I get my BRP back this week. Otherwise i might have to report that they lost it.

Hi,You required to send them all relevant Documents,Current or expired Home Office travel documents,National passport/s BRP CARD and any documents you hold.These documents must be

I think online is easier way coz
Very easy and u send the documents directly to croydon
rather than Durham. And u pay instantly to HO.and also u can have copy of the application form online for certain period or u can download as PDF format. But up to u. I did mine online couple of weeks ago.

applying first time too but a little bit confused after reading @Discretion,s waiting time regarding first time applying experience.
yes i included this time because when i applied for ilr,did not include so it was really hard and almost imposible to track my application, did not make mistake this time

After reading your HO email. can't say nothing. But if u need to travel very urgently. send them evidence, if it is not urgent then, if u had a legal adviser, talk HO through him. otherwise patience ..

I applied 1st of this month, still nothing, but if u see this form further back everyone received the acknowledgement and BRP within 3 weeks maximum, apart from "Bish". He did not receive any acknowledgement or BRP, but he had his TD!!!!!!!!!!.

I've sent my travel documents applications on the 14th September 2017. Royal Mail signed for, they have received my travel documents applications on 18th September 2017.

I was just wondering what happens next after sending the applications?

Do you get an approval letter saying everything is good ? Do you also get an rejection letter before having your personal informations that you have send to them back ??
