What a funny story with bit confusion

Post by love_uk1 » Fri Sep 22, 2017 10:29 pm

Dear Admins and members,

I was applied my ILR in Jan 2016 after that HO Approved my Application and issue my ILR in June 2016. I have been received my BRP and all other documents at time of Approval

After that I been travel to my home country 3 time. there was no issue with border anytime

Now, I been received the Letter from HO that your Application is complex and its not going to decide within six months due to checks with other government departments.

what does that mean? I am totally unaware whats going on and why they sent me like that letter while I dont have any pending issue/aaps with HO?

Have you checked the date of that letter and the date of when you recieved your ILR?

also maybe check all the details to make sure they haven't confused you with someone else. I very much doubt they would grant you ILR and just to re-decide it again unless there was compelling evidence for them to curtail it.

Maybe phone them up to find out, im sure there systems would have the most up to date and accurate info.
These are my 'views' and 'opinions'.
If in doubt always seek professional advice, or at least do a search for the relevant information. :P

If i make any mistakes, You are more than welcome to correct me.

Very likely an error on their systems
