Provided you have lived in the UK for any three continuous years, with absences of no more than 90 days per year, and you have proof of such residence, you can register your child under Section 3(2) of the BNA 1981. Use Form MN1.

Be aware that the child will also be a British citizen by descent and her children will not be British citizens if not born in the UK.
The usual spouse visa application for the mother. You need to prove an annual income of £18,600 in the UK for at least six months.
