Hi guys,


My ilr was refused and now my appeal has been allowed, my appeal was allowed on 6/06/2017 and i am still waiting for my visa, i have involve my MP also.

Today on 28/09-2017 i received letter from HO saying that its going to take another 3 month. Indont know what to do now as i have to travel urgently.

Also i want to know what visa i will be getting?will i be getting ILR or any other visa.

If you applied for ILR, you should be getting your ILR I assume. Unfortunately you cannot expedite such decisions
