Urgent help share capital extension application and dependent application form

1-I just Can i do both 20K as director loan and 50k as share capital.
2- Do i need to submit the director loan agreement as well as I have already invested 50k as share capital.
3- How should i fill visa form table 3b1 for investment page 42. What date i should have write there the exact date of showing in bank statements or final accounts date when the capital was shown in final accounts.
Visa application Form actually showed only five rows and my bank statement have more than 15 entries of investment so how can i fill this on visa form.
4- I am genuinely doing two business and both are in profit this year. I had also invested £17K in second business as well as share capital it is further to the investment of £70k in first business. Do i have to send final accounts of the second business as well plus the investment there. I am the sole director of both businesses. One company i took dividend and second company i took salary.
5- Dependent visa application form.
What should i have to writ in dependent visa application Section Q supporting documents as they are relying on my documents and my bank statement. What list of documents should i write down there.

You do not need a separate Tier 1E form for your dependent

You are the senior member in this forum i have seen your posts. Please guide me how should i pay the fee for my dependent if no separate application form needed for them. Thanks

Thanks Zimba. This is the form i was doing at this moment. One stupid question from this form section Q supporting documents.

I tick on passport colum and 2 photograph colums. What should i have to bank statemtns and other part of Section Q.

My dependents are relying on my application and all the supporting documents which I am supplying. i.e Same bank statement. My original passport and BRP already with my application. How would i have to fill the section Q. Should i supply two copy of bank statements. My colour BRP Copy which is going to expire, My passport Copy and other documents. I am very much confused there.

Can i just do this.
1-Passport
2-Photograph 2
3- Dependent bank #### statements
4- Dependent visa application form include all information.

Section Q is more of a checklist and as they have mentioned, it is meant for them to ensure that they have received all the documents.

So, you would check/enter those that are accompanying the dependant application.

You are going to be submitting the main and dependant application form(s) - the only possible common document used in both application are bank statements and maybe address proof.

You can add copies with the dependant application and add an additional comment in the form Q that the original is attached to the main applicant's form

No need to submit two copies. Supply only your own bank statements they will be accepted for both of you
