I hereby wish to apply for indefinite leave to remain in The United Kingdom after completing 6 years Discretionary Leave to Remain (DLR) category.
The first DLR was granted on xx/xx/xxxx till xx/xx/xxxx. The extension of DLR was applied before the expiry date and was granted on xx/xx/xxxx till xx/xx/xxxx.

I also provided tenancy agreement , i forgot to add in the first post
All of the letters and tenancy agreement were in joint-names so i didn't provide any other documents to prove cohabitation.
yes i applied 25 days in advance (before expiry).

He used Set(O) as I believe his was non asylum. did you filled DL FORM?
And also in Set O form which option(Basid) did you choose from the list?
Finally if you could tell me you applied through soliceter?

Did they ask for these letters? Do you have to include proof of cohabitation (bank statements, utility bills etc.)

What exact date where you granted in 2012?
