Extension Granted (AL)

Hi all,

I am Pleased to let you all dears know that by the grace of Almighty my application for extension(with 4 Dependents) have been approved .Received BRP today dated 2nd of the October 2017.

Timeline: Applied 23 Mar, Bio 27th April, Complex email 2nd May, After that no update.
Emailed as gentle reminder that its 6 Months(On 23rd Sept) asking if I need to provide any additional documents to expedite the process, MP sec call to them few days before as well(Although reply was the same complex issues, no time scale etc.)

Documents as per guidance(Although I submitted all Business Bank Statements since beginning Plus Reference/ Feedback on Company's performance from few clients(4 out of 6 currently) No interview.

I am very thankful to all those who shared their experiences and provided valuable feedback. My business is consultancy to Health sector.

I was actually only emailed, no letter so I just replied to that. My email was having my case worker name as well so can not disclose unfortunately. But I am sure every email is looked into .

No seperate office.Home address
Year 3 was in profit but overall loss so no dividend declared.

I have received a similar immigration enforcement letter which you mentioned in one of your early posts. I am a sole director on my company’s payroll.

Please can you let me know if you took any action to do an ECS check or ignored it?

As the letter says ECS check should be done within 28 days of expiry, however its already been 10 months since expiry and my application is still pending.

Thanks everyone for their compliments.My business registered address is home address as I mentioned before.
I applied ECS on myself as director and asked to give company email for response to be forwarded by Employer support team at home office ,which I did.

Response was Right to work valid for I guess 6 months.
