PBD Dependent (Tier 1 General) ILR document CheckList

Hi

I am planning to apply ILR for my wife this month. She is currently under PBS dependent visa.

I have listed down documents required and my query. Can anyone please answer & confirm if I missed any?

Query:

1. Application form Set(O)?

2. Total number of days absent. Currently she was 210 days outside UK for 5 years period. But she did not crossed 180 days in any 12 month for 5 years. Max she was out of UK for 130 Days (Maternity). Hope she didn't break continuous period of stay?

3. Do I need to give evidence for her absence?

4. Like PBS Dependent Application do I need to show my income proof over £22000?

5. If yes for Q4, the for self employed what documents required? Salary Slip, Dividend voucher, Bank statement?
Can it be just printed once, since I don't have any company letterhead ?

3. cohabitation Proof: Bank statement , P60, medical card.
4. Maintenance fund
5. Marriage certifacte
6. Degree certificate
7. English Language: Both Naric certificate (English language Assessment & Statement of Comparability )
8. Life in the Uk
9. 2 Photos
