Call the Home Office on 0300 123 2241, press 3, then 2.

Provide your case reference number and ask for the referral team to look into this and CONFIRM that the application is pending.

Go to your local MP to find out more information.

And yes, out of time means there is no service agreement to provide a timeline. But 3 years, that is outrageous. So many things can happen and changes in your life. Ask your solicitor what action can be taken.

(P.S board members, most people are not accustomed to dry humour, so I do think the comment was unwarranted, irrespective of the guidelines on if you can post a joke or not, and we should all respect each other regardless of what rights you have here on the board or in the world)

Husband's timeline - overstayer 11 yrs
08/16 - FLR (FP) Partner, refused 02/18, 03/18 - JR permission refused with merit
08/18 - FLR FP (Partner) PSC - Approved
07/20 - FLR FP to FLR M Switch - Approved, 03/23 FLR M Ext Approved.

Hi All,

I got driving license as well and unfortunately my car MOT was not done and Police caught me and fined me £100, but after two week i received letter from Home Office IS.96 to regularly report every four week. I have already been for two times.

But on the other side my Solicitor said, he had sent reminder to Home office about my file, so don't know the reason, how Home Office gave me this letter though still my file is pending for decision.

Any suggestions!

Thank you,

Hi All,

Please see below time line of my case and could anyone please come back with the best suggestion what to do next or are there any chance of getting positive results:

Time line:
Entered in UK on Student Visa Tier 4 on 23.10.2009 Expired on 28.06.2011
Applied for Student Visa on 29.06.2011

Made appeal and got confirmation on 06.11.2011
Have not heard anything about it went to Solicitor and handed over our matter to them and Solicitor confirmed our case with them on 26.03.2012
Solicitor followed up with UKBA for our case but didn't get any reply for our case.

Did Biometric on 23.03.2013 and waiting for their decision

Sorry to All,

With regards to my above case, Just to clarify, i have submitted my first file to Royal Mail, just on the day of expiry of my Visa, i.e. 28/06/2011.

Is that OK?

Thank you,
