Set (0) form Queires

Post by Lahori » Fri Oct 06, 2017 10:46 am

Hi Gurus,

This is my first query in this group: Hope following could be addressed:

- I (Main Applicant) have got ILR under Tier 1 G Route. Now I want to apply for my dependents ( Wife and 3 Dependents)
- I have got some queries regarding filling up Set(o) Form for Dependents:

- Section 1: Applicant's Details: I believe the details need to be filled in by my wife.( Kindly correct me if its wrong)

Section 2: Dependants who are also applying
2.1 Your partner’s full name
2.2 Nationality
2.3 BRP Reference Number
2.4 Place of birth - town or city and country
2.5 Partner’s date of birth D D M M Y Y Y Y
2.6 Partner’s gender
2.7 Relationship to you

- Should I put my name for above. If yes, confusion is: it states in the section 2 as dependent who are also applying. Since I am not a dependent, so not sure what to do over here. Leave it blank?

Section 4:
4.2 If your partner is applying with you, is he or she aged 18-64?
- Should it be left blank? Kindly correct me if I am wrong.

Section 9A - Tier 1 (General) migrants
- Should it be left blank? Kindly correct me if I am wrong.

Yes, as if she is the main applicant.

Section 2: Dependants who are also applying
2.1 Your partner’s full name

I don't think you can, but maybe leave it blank as your partneris the main applicant but maybe include a cover letter to explain things further.

Section 4:
4.2 If your partner is applying with you, is he or she aged 18-64?
- Should it be left blank? Kindly correct me if I am wrong.

I believe this would not apply as you are not applying with her, Maybe if it has space for further explanation put down PBS dependant.

Section 9A - Tier 1 (General) migrants
- Should it be left blank? Kindly correct me if I am wrong.

I don't think this would apply to them. Again as you have ILR now.
Again just fill in what is relevant for them. I would include a covering letter to explain the fact they are your dependenta and you now have Ilr.

I will try answer this the best I can. Apologies in advance if i give a partial answer to some of the questions.

First of all as you were on a tier 1 G. And have now ILR, have your dependents also completed their qualifying period to be eligible to apply for ILR?

As my understanding is, they would need to apply for further leave to remain until they qualified for ILR that is. From the above post I'm assuming they have.

Have a look at this thread, it may answer your questions.
