Application form page 45

I am at loggerheads with my solicitor re page 45 of the extension application form.

1) i have included payslips and real time full payment submission and he said also include Employee Payment records? I don't have the employee payment records, I mustn't include this must I?

2) N3b- he said include 'a duplicate HMRC full payment submission for the year before the jobs were created .......'
I thought this was for if I took over an existing business, which isn't the case? I have included the FPS for when the jobs were created NOT BEFORE

I do not want to confuse case worker with additional unnecessary documents. I think he is interpreting page 45 wrongly.

Any thoughts?

You are correct.

EPR is only needed if you had employees before October 2013 - i,e. before RTI was in place.

N3b only applies if you joined or took over an existing business.

so if our employees are after 2013 october .. we should not tick on EPR on application form.. right .. !!
