I suggest to stop listening to your friends. Your application will not be decided in such a short timeframe and before your Biometrics. You application can only be returned as invalid if you failed to provide photos, payment or Biometrics.I have some friends who said to me to apply earlier because HO now giving 14 days to reply them back if anyone gets refusal it is easy to get back in time. What does it mean? Should I Apply earlier now?
It has no effectMy question is, my last year account is in Loss, would that effect in Ho decision? does it Matter? Please reply to clear my confusion especially I asked Zimba and other senior members to shed the light on my questions.
Until you exhaust your options and get refused in AR, you remain protected under section 3Cshaz007 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 10, 2017 4:20 pmThanks, Zimba, Your reply means a lot to me. What if after passing the visa expiry date like 30th oct 2017 and they send a letter in November or if for example they refuse for anything and give 14 days notice to reply them, in that case, does the person have break his legal time frame of residency? this was my question.
Appeal ?! You mean AR I assume
The general principle is that your remuneration cannot be counted towards your investment.

Looks like you invested 15000, got income of 12000 and took salary of 15400. You can argue that 12000 of your salary was paid from sales, but that still leaves you 3400 short.
Was a typo, I meant 50000. The 3400 is 12000-15400. So yes, that remains the case.shaz007 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 26, 2017 4:20 pmHi Mrcnath,
I invested £25000 in 2016 and £25000 in 2017 not £15000 will I will be still short of 3400?

This is now getting very confusing.shaz007 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 26, 2017 5:28 pmHI Marcnath,
Thanks for clearing up but I am still confused as In 2016 when I invested £25000, My company made sales of £10300 and I took £7000 salary. and in 2015 my turnover was £23500 and I didn't take any director salary just dividents £4000 and paid tax around £2000 but in 2015 I didn't invest my money into my account

So, here is what I gather.
2015 - Revenue of 23500, Remuneration - 4000. So, remuneration was paid from sales and no impact on investment
2016 - Investment 25000, Revenue - 10300 Remuneration - 7000. Again no impact on investment, so full 25000 valid investment
2017 - Invested 25000. Revenue - 12000 Remuneration - 8400. Again no impact on investment, so full 25000 valid investment
Be clear about your numbers and put them all in one place. It is tough to go through different posts and figure out.
