Surname different on UK ILR visa page Vs New Passport

Hi,

Hope somebody can help me.

My wife has her maiden surname on the old passport and ILR visa page. Now she's got a new passport (received end of last month) with the after-marriage surname. She's got both her passports with her. She's travelling to the UK next month.

QUESTIONS:
1. Does she need to get her ILR visa transferred to the new passport whilst she is in India?
2. Or can she get a BRP when she comes to the UK next month?
