I have just checked for the visa status which says application "decided" on the website and was updated on the 4th of October but I still have not receive any decision letter. I'm anxious because looking at other updates on this board, people who said their application was decided got their BRB and Letter two to three days after...But i still have not received any correspondent should I be worried?

Hi everyone am new here just been following the forum.Re flr fp British partner and 1 child.Application posted by solicitor 20/2/17 fee taken by HO 23/2 since then never heard anything till I reminded my solicitor in July,HO sent another invite for Biometric on the 24/7 to my solicitor did say they sent one b4 for some reason my solicitors delayed it also asked for more info. bio did on the 31/7 since then nothing online status updated 25/5 awaiting a decision. Visa granted 30 month all family . I was never expecting to receive visa in first attempt as all family overstayed. All Solictors told us we have high chance to get visa on appeal , but we are blessed granted first time very smooth. Good luck to everyone

May 2017 : application returned as invalid. Nhs and application fee refunded.

June 2017- Began judicial review proceedings as home office acted unreasonably.

August 2017- Home office asked me to withdraw JR on the basis they will make a new decision. Consent order.

Home office also wrote my workplace saying that i do not have the right to be in the Uk- Lost my job as a result!.

Date of Decision : 11/10/17 - Nearly one year later!!! I am grateful!.
