Booking flight with vignette sticker please help

Hi I am trying to book travel to the UK for my husband and kids who have been granted spouse visa, but I have been asked to fill their passport details on the flight booking, can you tell me do I use the passport number on the vignette sticker which is also his Aussie passport number and use the expiry date on the vignette and the government issued as the UK (not Australia) I am confused and there is another number top right so not sure what that means either, please help

You use the Passport number and the Passport expiry date, both are on the passport biometric page and not the visa.
