Tier 1 ET Personal Statement question

Hi , I have recently joined this forum and wish to apply for Tier1 ET Visa, I have done all my paper work but I am stuck with the 7000 personal statement. Can any one of you guide me on what should the statement cover. I really don't know how it should be framed and what I should be covering in the statement.
Any help would be much appreciated.
