Hi to everyone,
I have received both email the first one on 25th September and the second one on 6th of October . The second one is not straight forward one. I called them today and they suggested me to wait until 31st October . I applied on 8/12/16 bio done on 19/12/16.
Clearly fed up and upset but there is hope . Good luck to everyone who is still waiting and congratulations who already got their visa.
Good bless you all.
I have just received the second email too, first got the 31st email. now got this very dubious not straight forward email.
I haven't contacted UKVI in recent weeks and the email says thanks for enquiring. So So So confused...

Please accept our apologies for the delay in making a decision on your application. It is our busiest period and unfortunately, it is taking us longer to process applications.

We cannot give a time scale for when a decision will be made, however I have escalated this to the appropriate Entry Clearance team so that it can be progressed as quickly as possible
