BRP card received but no passport and other documents

Hi All,

I have applied visa extension through Tier 2 PBS dependant and received the BRP card on 6th Oct but have not received passports and other documents (it’s been more than a week from BRP card received), could you please let me know how long does normally take to receive all other documents?

Tried to contract Home office but they have asked post a letter to check further on this, could you please advise what I need to do to get passport and other documents?

Both for passport and UKVI replying and for others to reply on board. People can only reply and advise if they know anything about a similar case.

I have had the similar problem can u please tell me when did u exactly got ur passport and documents back as i went for the premium service aswell and i am still waiting for the passport and it is almost 2 weeks now.
