HSMP App reached HO - 12th Feb - No reference number yet

Hi Guys
I am indian national & my HSMP application reached HO on 12th Feb , I havent received any reference number yet & whenever I call them they say they r currently processing apps till 14th Feb ,

Is there any way I can talk to real person in HO and get a status of my application , i am worried of my certificates now.

Any body else on the same boat from India ??

call them and hold the line, listen carefully, and call multiple times until u r able to talk.
