After your company staging date, you must complete auto enrolment within 6 weeks and enroll your employees who are entitled for Pensions. When you auto enrol your employe you are required to give them full information about pensions. Its not a UKVI requirement but its required by Pensions Regulator. Those who were interviewed by UKVI were asked about Work Place pension. Its a simole process. I suggest you should do it.

Well, My business is in the loss and If I am paying this and someone suggested that its good to keep employees until you didn't get your extension will be a burden to me. Although they have crossed 13 months more than a year, Should I still keep then for the HO ? which is a burden and even Ho don't count the hours of work until I get the extension

Pension related documents are not necessary for your extension whether you have enrolled or not.

The immigration rules specifically mention Current Appointment Record. As long as you can get a CAR, it is much safer to stick to the rules.

There is no requirement to keep your employees if the business does not need it for the purpose of immigration. HO has to give you points for your job creation once you have met the requirement of 2 jobs of 12 months each.

I was only referring to Pensions. If you have employees on your payroll and its pass your staging date, then by law you are required to offer work place pension. It has nothing to do with your visa to be honest. Its your duty as an employer.

Also when you auto enrol your employees for Pension, they will have an option to opt out. But this is something you should discuss with your accountant and get proper advice.

I dont think there is any requirement to keep employees after you have fulfilled your visa requirement. You should do whats best for your business.

Pension compliance declaration is not required as per rules however you must auto enrol your eligible employees after your staging date (you can delay this upto 3 months only) or else you will be breaking the law and could fined by the pension regulator. Seek advice from your accountant or a suitable pension advisor.

If you do not need your employees you are not forced to keep them. You do not need to have employees for extension
