Am an RC holder via Surinder Singh, and i am in the process of applying for student loan and maintenance loan, i am wondering if anyone on here has an experience of how Student finance view surinder singh RC holders.

Does Student Finance accept Surinder Singh British spouses as EEA nationals for the purpose of eligibility?IN that respect are we eligible for the maintenance grants and loans?

Any experiences will be appreciated.
