Hello everyone,
I am eligible for ILR on 28th Nov 2017. I work for a company A which has been taken over by company B on 1st October 2017. Company A is a massive organisation and is going through name change at company house in UK. My recent pay ship on 15th October still mention my employer as company A also all the invoices to customer's are still being raised as company A.
Therefore am I right in assuming that I will be eligible to apply ILR on 28th Nov along with employment letter from Company A if they are still trading in UK? or will I have to go through TUPE and than apply ILR along with employment letter from Company B?
Any help or insight will be greatly appreciated.
