Uk Spouse Visa Dubai

Hi

My wife has applied for UK spouse visa on 19th June 2017 through UK visa centre in Dubai and submitted all the application and evidence. Biometric has been done on the day.
I have tried to get some update on the application yesterday and the reply was:
In regards to your query about the status of your application, your application is being considered and is currently awaiting approval.
Has anyone had a same response?

Yes. Mine has been 9 weeks now and yesterday I got the same response... this is really pointless and annoying. We applied on 10th May in Baku, Azerbaijan.

I am also trying to calculate Dubai time for visa processing through this forum.
I have applied for spouse visa.
Online application Submitted (non priority): 15-August-2017
Paid fees and IHS charges online: 15-August-2017
Documents Submitted at VFS Dubai Visa Application Centre: 28-August-2017
Opted on text message service: text received you documents has been forwarded on 28-August-2017
Decision Awaiting....
