change of place on brp

Hi Dear,
if anyone help me. I need to apply for ilr in 2018 jan my BRP card got place of birth different from passport i am on 6 years discretionary leave . the reason not to change of place before did not had any proof or document to show home office but recently i got passport from own embassy which shown the place of birth shown.
Can any one help me with this matter will it effect my ILR? OR can i change in the form now during ILR application please advice will be thankful,
