Joint income will be fine.

T
There is NO 'fund maintenance' requirement for spouse settlement visas.
and she is working aswel and can I show joint income between my wife and mine to reach the financial requirements as my income is not enough.
You can use joint income and you must submit all the payslips and bank statements for both of you.

Hi ya thanks for your reply...sorry I forgot to mention that my wife and child was with me as a tier1 pbs dependent for 15 months ..then I got ILR so I ve applied for flr m for both of them for 2.5yrs , so is they 15 months counts for ILR , if it counts technically they only need 10 months visa to cover 5 yrs, so what do I need to do now with type of visa and which one I need to apply for them to get eligibility for ILR ..
Thank you

On what basis did you get ILR, 10 years long residence or 5 years PBS?
Unfortunately, they cannot count the time spent as Tier 1 dependents towards the 5 years for ILR. They need 5 years residence on FLR(M) to qualify for ILR.

Pity you didn't ask questions before. There was no need for them to switch to FLR(M), they could have continued as PBS Dependents till they qualified for ILR.
Can't change that now so you will have to do the FLR(M) extension for another 2.5 years before they can qualify for ILR.

Depends what level she did before. If she did English A1, then she needs a new test English level A2 now for an extension.

Thanks for your reply and she has A1 certificate last time .. so can she use her Indian English qualification via UK NARIC now , as she couldn’t do last time as her spelling was bit different from passport to Indian master degree certificate but now she corrected the spelling from university in India and got new one as paper on passport.. can she convert that from UK NARIC website to get approved A2 certificate.. her qualification was MASTERS IN COMPUTER APPLICATIONS ( MCA) from India
Thank you

She can use NARIC to do the equivalent to UK degree and ELA, UKVI red route option.
NARIC costs the same as the A2 English test. English test is usually quicker.

The requirement changed in May this year from A1 to A2 for FLR(M) extension applications. She won't be able to use the one she has.
