tier1 extension in few days

i am silent reader of this forum and got so much knowledge. but i am applying in few days. i have a question i could not find the answer in whole forum.
i want to ask did anybody got tier 1 extension where an employee was working in the business as a second job. like in my business i have created new posts but overall its his second job. ii will be claiming point on his, will that be okay as its written in policy in order to qualify for the points the post must be created as a result of your contribution to the united kingdom economy. the posts you have created r have been created by your business, must be news posts.
number 2 CAR with filing history is same one for both points which registering within 6 months and for being director for the company before 3 months of application.

There is no restriction on your employees having a second job.
The criteria is very clear and as long as your employee is a settled worker, you get credit for the employee's hours. (new posts refer to new positions within your company and not in the whole country)
So, you will get the points for job creation.
I am also not sure if HO will ever know if it is a second job unless there is something obviously there in the documents you submit.
However, if your employee is full time and if it is the second full time employment and the HO finds it out (lot of ifs), they may want to check further to ensure there is no fraud.
On your second question - yes, in most cases the same CAR will satisfy both requirements.

I have received an email saying this is ur reference number shall I attach that as well or what is usual practice.thanku

Just write the IHS number in the appropriate place

thanku. and u know the BR code shows on his payslips and p45. thats how maybe home office will know that this is his second job.. but what can be done now? thanks alot for your assistance. can i print the cover letter in company's letter head. i swear this is last question as i am submitting my extension tom.

Right, the BR code trigger a more detailed check.
But, as I mentioned, as long as it not fraudulent, it should not matter. There is nothing in the rules against that.
Sure - you can use your company letter head.
