10 years ILR , Questionnaire

I applied for ILR Tier 1 General in 2016 then I varied my application on 10 years Long residency in March 2017. I just received Questionnaire about my Tier 1 General.
I have amendment in 2010 as my accountant didn't put Self employment income at all . I did my amendment in 2015 .
1) what are possibilities to get ILR after the Questionnaire?
2) how I fill Questionnaire with best sutible answers in my case?

There have been refusals, so be prepared for the possibility.

No one can tell you what to write. Only you know your business/self employed information and you cannot use a 'one size fits all' answer to questions in this document. You need to be honest.
