UK spouse visa - council tax bill required?

Post by extremebuy12345 » Tue Oct 24, 2017 10:48 am

Morning,

I was just wondering as my landlord pays my council tax on my behalf and is included in my monthly rent with water rates.

I only applied recently and so we are still in the early stages. My landlord did give me a letter stating that the council tax is included in my rent along with my water rates. Is this ok? I also sent my original tenancy.

Spouse Visa - PIP

Post by extremebuy12345 » Tue Oct 24, 2017 1:56 pm

Hi

I am just slightly worried and am reviewing every aspect of the documents me and my partner submitted.

I have been receiving PIP for a few years and I have a job which exceeds the financial requirement. When we filled out the application we only filled in the parts it told us. I only started getting PIP paid into my account about 4 months ago. Before I received in a post office account. I never sent these and just sent them 6 month worth of bank statements along with my employments and proof of benefit.

Is this ok?

She visited here in the UK on two occasions be we got married and resided in my current residency. We have been in a relationship for more than 2 years prior to marriage.

She did mention me in the application.

I do get PIP enhanced rate. We followed the form accordingly and sent them employment information as my wages do exceed the financial requirement.

Would this affect my situation?

I have split your posts from the other users topic considering you hijacked it to ask your own questions. It is considered rude and unfair to original post to do this and creates confusion when members respond, regardless of how 'similar' you feel your questions might be. Please keep all your spouse visa questions in one topic.
