Enrolment reporting

Post by Ridzfor » Wed Oct 25, 2017 10:44 pm

Hi everyone ,

My visa was refused but decision was overturned in administrative review. I updated the University who gave me deadline until 23 October to get but my passport haven't came yet. I request a few extra days to join from head of admissions. Today I got this email. I am confused.

I am getting in touch again regarding your study at XXX UNI as our records show that you have not enrolled with us.

As you may know, the deadline for enrolment has now passed. Under the immigration rules for students entering the UK, universities are required to inform the UKVI of any students who have not enrolled on their course by the specified enrolment date.
Before I make this report can you please let me know by Monday 30th October what your situation so we can include this information in our report.

I am expecting passport tomorrow or latest by friday as it has been 2 weeks already. Please guide me are they allowing me or what :?:

I think the email speaks for itself. Your final enrolment deadline of 23 October has passed, so they will need to withdraw Tier 4 sponsorship and report your non-enrolment to the Home Office. I strongly advise you do as they request and give them full details about what happened with your visa.

This will not in itself affect a future application, but of course you will need to discuss that with the university.
I do not give immigration advice. I refer you to Immigration Rules, guidance, other online content and to your sponsor.
