Flr (fp) as a British child

Can anybody help me please I came here as a student visa but my visa finished in 2013 ..I got married in 2016 and then I got British baby boy I applied for flr fp application as a British child is any chance to get visa .. please somebody advice me ..

Let me tell you my situation first I came here in 2012 as a student my visa got expired and I start a relationship with my partner in 2015 we had a child in 2016 and I applied flr fp application as father of British child I provide them all documents evidence everything but we are not living together I’m living aunty house and she is living on her own I see my baby daily basis even my partner gave her letter to ho I see my baby daily basis any chance of getting visa please any advice thanks

Any advice please

Did you apply FLR(FP) PARTNER route or FLR(FP) PARENT route??

FLR(FP) parent route is ONLY for single parents who are no longer in a relationship with the childs other parent.

You don't qualify for the parent route. You should have applied for the partner route.

I applied as a parent route any chance of getting visa please anybody advise me please I’m not living with baby

Thanks for the reply vinny

I think gave everything to home office like letter from my partner my accommodation and my financial support passports birth certificate red book bills everything is there any chance of getting visa first time .

It’s a formal agreement between me and my ex.
She wrote in letter I see my child on daily basis and I’m helping her upbringing my child and I’m important role in my child life ?
And why people need court order what for ?
