What is your UK Immigration history and visas held, start and end dates etc?

What date did you apply for ILR?

Presumably you applied by post??

What exactly have you applied for, PR under EEA/EU rules or ILR under UK immigration rules (there is a difference)?

Are you married to an EU citezen or an unmarried partner or extended family member?

Have you only held and EEA residence xard or do you have any UK immigration history before the residence card?

PR costs £65 and is attained automatically after 5 years if your spouse has exercised treaty rights and been a qualified person. Postal only.

ILR costs £2,297 not automatica attainment. Has to be applied for an you must meet the requirements. You can apply by post or in person for a same day decision.

Either way, it is strange that they said he has no right to work, especially if his wife is exercising treaty rights in the UK.
