Employment Record?

Post by midastouch » Sun Oct 29, 2017 11:14 pm

Hi
I am appearing for NCS service for my JCAP in couple of days time. I got my ILR last year in Oct on 10 year basis. I am in UK for last 11 years . For initial seven year's i was in employment. For the last 04 year, I am the salaried director of my own company. I do complete my tax returns (as i director of company). I have phoned NCS and asked them whether I need to bring any of my payslips ,p60's or my tax returns submitted as a director. They are saying not to bring any of these, the guidance to AN Form says otherwise. Please advice , do I need to submit any of these records?

I am submitting the following
1)AN FORM along with the passport form with three pictures (two of them attested)
2) life in UK form
3) All previous and current passport
4)UK degrees and certificates

Thanks in advance for answering this.

I guess you will not need your payslips as your passports will have your time stamps for when you were in and out of UK.

Oh my god, more bad advice from NCS, I hope you'll catch my post before you submit your application.

Alway always always when in doubt submit HMRC, Employment, etc original documents. I have a small business and my accountant did a summary print out of my payments plus I had saved my HMRC statements and submitted all of these. Plus I got a National Insurance statement too to prove that I have been paying NI and Tax for all these years.

I will repeat until I'm blue in the face: your local council knows jacks**t about jacks**t. DO NOT TAKE THEIR ADVICE.
