FLR(O) on what basis? Why do you think you are entitled to stay in the UK?

You may have no grounds if Tier 1, 2, 4 or family routes don't work or are unavailable to you.

If you
apply after expiry of your leave, then you are an

Asylum is granted to people who have a well-founded fear of persecution in their home country.
I am not sure this topic can usefully go any further in the Tier 4 forum.

I agree. Which is why I posed the question with something of a
tongue in cheek response.

Apols, I missed the irony and thought it was OP asking.

Admin review is to address problems or errors in the administration and procedures used in the decision-making process.
Which errors do you think have occurred that you wish HO to correct in this case?

An AR for what exactly? An Administration Review is for when a Case Worker has made an error in the refusal of a visa application.
You haven't actually submitted a visa application have you?

This is not a Tier 4 matter, but nor can you stay in the UK simply because you "don't wana go back".
