Germany Type D VISA received and travel conditions changed now

Hello,
I have received the Germany Type D VISA which is valid for entry into Germany for couple of months. Meanwhile my employment offer conditions changed so not able to travel. If some other Germany employer make a new job offer, can i use the current VISA stamped on my passport to travel ? in other words, is the current VISA tied down to the current employer only and sponsored by them only ? The remarks section on the VISA mentions the current employer name.

If the name of the employer is mentioned on the visa the validity is bound to this usage.
I guess a border officer don't care. The problem arises if you apply for a residence permit on basis of a other employer or start working on basis of the visa.

Hello there,
Can this VISA be transferred to another employer and then i can travel ?

You could let cancel the visa from the embassy and apply for a new one with the name of the other employer.
