Nobody is going to tell you why you got it. It is a pretty standard email. Did you apply with children? Does you sponsor earn >£18600 pa?

They already informed me that my case is not straightforward when we contacted after 60 working days plus i got 31st mail then again like everyone they are still working and now out of the blue this mail. We dont know the reason no child involved but my husband is self employed and has his own limited company and mostly i got in forums such case ho take time

Another email received after receiving 31 oct email on 10 October 2017 after that email we did judicial reveiw against HO
Got message "The processed visa application for gwf------ was received on 30-10-2017 "
I called vac to confirm than went and got passport got visa decision was made on 24th October

Is it possible they can find something wrong in my English test or relationship in the new application....

Hi, my husband got refused because they said i didn't provide them x6 payslips which i did they said we recieved x2.
Don't do a fresh application
If this is the only reason they refused u on do a solicitor through there do an appeal it will be a review first and within 28 - 40 days you will get a decision. Because they had over 6000 cases they were careless while looking at our cases we don't deserve this but I spoke my solicitor and he goes 99% they will reconsider and overturn your decision and 1% is court. Do an appeal take my advice you will win

Appeal, the review one wouldn't take long. Get the MP involved as it would make no sense that u apply for visa but won't give the evidence. Why wouldn't someone give the payslips; are the home office bloody stupid. You make over £18,600, it's logical that you gave them the payslip and they have either lied or messed up somewhere. This is a no brainer, 100% will get overturned instantly. Get the MP involved tell him to help to put pressure on the home office.

When my sponsor came for marriage.
His passport stamp copy not send and did not
Write marry date on appendix 2form
They state sponsor was not present at marriage
We sent marriage certificate and photos but only for
Passport copy not sent.
Other reason first month payslip didn't match with bank statement.
Both mistake by lawyer we waste our time and money
Very hard time. Plz suggest appeal or fresh application
All hold applicant I saw here is refused only on this forum one person got visa.

I am so sorry to hear this. After keeping wait for more than 10 months they rejected your aplication. really my heartbreaks. They are rude and cruel. Shame on them.

Don't you have one evidence that you have submitted payslips? Like vfs checklist while submitting the application or any piece of document. Please have a word with lawyer and also MP. Please note as far as I heard APPEAL will not take much longer. In your case I am confident they will consider. again just to prove that you submitted payslips with some small evidence. On the 27th of Oct I got an email to pay IHS for my dependent because of a bug from website. I paid the same day. Since a decision has been made and IHS paid. How long do i have to wait again to receive my decision and passport?
please admin or anybody who had same experience

Write to the solicitor/lawyer directly first explaining what has happened. Also include a copy of the rejection letter/email from the HO. Also ask them what they can or are willing to do to rectify the problem.
Wait for their response if your are satisfied, then OK. See if you can come to some sort of agreement. If not only then you can take it further.

If it is a UK solicitor, you need to contact the Law Society.

That’s truely shocking that they made an error like that. But I’m not surprised by the HO at all.
Well the good thing is they have asked for the ihs payment. I recently read about another case where they asked for the payment and the visa was issued a few days later. So it’s a good sign. Good luck

OMG, a decision and know not a decision, I can't even imagine what you are feeling right know. This is outright atrocious and unfair, all that waiting for nothing only to find out that your application is still processing. I have been through 100 of pages on numerous forums but I have not seen this kind of email as of yet. May God be with you. However it does song that they are about to do it. God knows.
