Hi Guys,
I was looking at Family Member of an EEA National visa application on UKVisa website.
BC & non-EU FMs (dependent parents) are living in EU host state.
Both have Article-10 RC issued by member state.
BC/EU-Cit is working in host member state.
Now, we're planning to visit UK for Xmas break & would like to sort out visa.
Family Member of an EEA National
1. The UKVisa site, asks for address where you'll stay ?
Shall I pre-book a hotel / give friends address?
2. Family & Friends address:
BC has friends in UK but non-EU FM don't. so do we keep this section as blank?
3. Employment/Income sponsor details:
There's below question-
Is someone other than you paying for all or a part of your trip?
And again below there's Sponsor details section. So does both needs to be filled-in?
4. EEA section:
a) Has the EEA National had any children with other partners? -
b) Have you or the EEA national ever been married before or in a long term marriage like relationship? - This is a confusing question as application is not in context of Partner / wife etc.. but parents
c) How are you related to the EEA National? - This section don't even have option for parent relationship & most closer is 'Other relationship'
d) What other family members do you have and where do they live? - do they expect to write about whole family tree or brief mention about EU cit as FM is fine?
Kindly advise if you have any experience of applying for Family Member of an EEA National visa & faced above queries
Cheers,
