HI i got my HSMP approved in june 2007, stamped in India October 2007. i traveled to UK last week.

I am confused about the FLR thing

My query is . Do i need to apply for an FLR now that i am in UK
What`s the process

thanks a lot for replying

sorry i didnt mention that i got my HSMP approved in UK as i was in UK for 2 years on a work permit. However, as i was in India, got my HSMP stamped from India.

My VISA does mention the 2 year period... as-to valid from this to this date.

My work permit was valid for another 6 months when i applied for stamping of the HSMP visa
