ILR for dependent - dependent is company secretary

Hello,

I hope I will be able to get some help from members who have applied for ILR dependent who are also working as company secretary. I am an independent contractor and have got ILR and would like to apply for in person ILR application for my wife who is currently on Tier 1 General dependent visa. I understand its set O that needs to be filled.

Below are some section specific questions I have along with what documents should I be providing also the document to be supplied by company where my wife is listed as director and working as company secretary (Please note the company has been active for just over 1 year, speaking with accountant we are due to file our first corporate tax next year but have been filing VAT and PAYE on regular quarter basis if that matter for this application)

Question based on sections based on version 04/2017 application form
Section 2 - Dependants who are also applying
This section to be left blank since only my wife is applying for her visa and with no other dependent and she is treated as main applicant?

Section 5 - Your home and Finance
5.3 to be marked yes because wife is company secretary and also company director, should the pay each month after income tax and deduction include dividend that she withdraws from company?
5.6 need some clarification - should this include both our salary source and dividend information?

Section 6 - Immigration history
6.1 - to include the entry date which happened just before 'ILR application day - (minus) 5 years'?
6.3 - there have been absence from UK for holidays over last 5 years, what proof should be submitted since the applicant was not employed during most part of the tenure

Section 7 - Personal History
7.13 - There was a period of over 6 months when applicant was outside UK - had to accompany me because of relocation of project outside UK and then holiday/medical reasons

not required since applicant is apply as dependent of me

Section 10 - BRP
10.13 - don't remember the date when fingerprints were taken for BRP, would it matter?

Apart from the standard document like passport, brp, life in uk certificate etc. which are the documents should be supplied by me/company for this application?
1. Company Bank statement + my bank account statement
2. Company registration records
3. Salary slip for applicant?
4. Dividend certificate?

Correct. She is the main applicant.

There is no income requirement for her ILR. Simply complete the form truthfully and honestly with the details.

No proof required. Simply complete the form as required.

What is your question? Just write the truth. There is no absence limit for PBS dependents.

Section 10 - BRP
10.13 - don't remember the date when fingerprints were taken for BRP, would it matter?

You need to complete this. Presumably around the time of her last extension Month and year is fine if you don't remember the exact day/date.

@Cr001 - thanks for your reply, for Premium service would I need to accompany applicant? my dependant is the main and only applicant
