ILR Application

Dear Team

I am on Tier 2 General Visa. Recently my company was bought by another company.
My company applied for new sponsors licence which was approved.
The company has been told by Home Office to inform about Tier 2 sponsored employees through SMS and provide some documentation. My company has sent documents today.
How much is time frame for getting this changes accepted by home office.
My ILR is due on this Thursday. I am thinking of applying ILR after this changes accepted. Can you please guide me about time frame for changes to get affected and when I should apply for ILR.
