Hello all I pray I will be able to get help from here because my situation is really frustrating and am confused on what to do ... I came into the uk as a family member of an eea but due to domestic violence in 2015 I had to separate from my mum which I was depending and I’ve got the 5 years residence permit as a family member of an eea had that for 3 years now but along line after the separation from my mum I got married in 2016 but my partner has got a tier 4 visa which runs out soon and he’s got a masters degree in international business management am so confused on what to do because I won’t want us to be apart from each other especially now with all the political wars and strikes happening back home moreover we can’t build a family while we away so we were thinking on applying for a visa but we don’t know what to apply for or our chances most especially as I haven’t got a permanent resident permit or ILR please I really need help as this is so urgent trying to avoid being caught up in a situation.... reaponses will be kindly taken into consideration
