hi, I am writing on behalf of my friend. she came to uk last year in 2016 but her spouse was abusive so she separated in 2017 six months back.she was granted three months of temporary out of leave visa from home office as she cancelled her spouse visa. but in the mean while her husband approached her and asked to give seconds chance to him to work marriage. so she asked her husband to go legal but he did not infact he cheated again by collecting proof that she was talking to him. after she came to know that's it's a trap from him so she decided to be divorced. her visa status is pending and possibilities could be her husband must have given proof. incase if it's so . what can she do for her application will she still be given ilr on domestic violence?and can she appeal again?

What is the current UK immigration status of the spouse? Is he a British citizen, an EEA citizen, a PBS migrant or on a different visa himself?

He Got his citizenship 2 years ago so he is British citizen now
