They basically asked for how long have they known each other?
They required photographs as proofs, facebook chat or any other messages etc.
They also asked about my brother's relationship with his other EU partner, as to whether he notified INIS about his separation from the EU spouse or not?
Finally, they asked for the DNA test and said that they are still not satisfied (very weird because my brother had sent them everything).
So you can try and send them as much details as possible, so that they don't have to send you any more letters.
If you have any troubles, do let me know.
Am back again @Alixlboy,
Welcome back!Wifeofaking wrote: ↑Tue Nov 07, 2017 11:48 pmAm back again @Alixlboy,

So let's have a look at the questions asked by INIS:
Quote:
(1, My entrance to the state, which I don't have record for as I came from the UK via irish ferry)
* Have you got proof of purchase of Ferry ticket? I think there would be no harm if you send it to them, because They just want to know how you came to the state.
Quote:
(2, My name on my child's birth certificate is different from the name in my passport)
* May I ask why is that different? Is that a mistake? I think you would need to get that amended and send them the new Birth Certificate. You might want to book an appointment with the local registrar. Not sure how much will this cost or how much time will it take?
Quote:
(3, Bank statements or pay slips to show how I have been able to support myself since arrival on state )
* You can send your husband's statements to show that he has been supporting you, as you weren't able to work because you had no legal status.
Quote:
(4, My old national passport before the new passports)
* I think that they are trying to see your travel history. So you can simply send them that.
As I mentioned earlier that they are going to ask for the DNA Test at the end of the day (one way or the other). So keep sending them whatever they ask from you. They will suggest that they are not satisfied, so you will have to go through the DNA Test (costs around 600 euro - ridiculous and expensive!).
Alixlboy wrote: ↑Fri Nov 10, 2017 7:51 amYou're always welcome!
(1, At that time of booking the ferry didn't my name on the ticket and neither did I print the ticket out, did a quick guest check-out)
*Not sure what should be done in this case. However, you might consider telling them the same thing and if they are not satisfied, they will ask for the DNA test from you anyway.
(2, Is the other names which am known by but I stated on my application form, when asked other names you are known as)
*Again, tell them the same thing and try to send them a proof of this (if possible)
3, Okay that sound good, will do that thanks, bank statements and pay slips or just one of them, thanks
*I think it would be a better idea to send them a couple of statements as well as payslips, in order to avoid any further unreasonable delays. Only a couple of them should be okay.
4, Well that tbh I have no idea where that is, got lost time ago
*I think there is nothing more we could do about it then. So tell them the same. It would be better to send them a police report if you have any. If not, then shouldn't be a problem.
Finally, it looks like they are NOT going to be satisfied with the above replies. So, they will hopefully require a DNA test. Let's see how it goes.
Best of Luck!
Alixlboy wrote: ↑Fri Nov 10, 2017 4:07 pmNo probs at all!
My brother got the DNA results on the 2nd of November.
INIS are supposed to get a copy of that automatically. So we are now waiting for their response. If they don't contact us within 2 weeks from the date of the DNA test, we might contact them for an update, by sending them a copy of the DNA results along with a cover letter.

They need me to explain how I am financially maintain.I have situation like you.Is It fine that let your husband wrote a letter to support you?
Hi , how do you know you’re getting stamp 4 for 6 years ? DOJ usually approves maximum 3 years stamp 4 based on Zambrano at a time . Recent they’re issuing 1 year in maximum application. I never heard anyone being given 6 years stamp 4 together on any basis . Even spouse, eu fam all are 5 years stamp. You have to renew it. Only the LTR is 10 years I think. Did you get any letter stating that they’ll give you 6 years stamp 4 . it’s very unusual to say in advance that for how long you’re going to get stamp 4 for.yr403 wrote: ↑Sat Nov 11, 2017 9:05 pmI am also base on zambrano application, but I am getting stamp 4 for 6 years. Two days ago I got a letter to ask more documents.

Hi yr403 ,You are supposed to apply for naturalisation after completing your 5 years of stamp 4 . Did you apply for it ? And for renewal why need to send them application and so many documents? You can book appointment and go to Gnib with your Irish child, his/her passport, birth cert , letter from school or gp. It’s pretty simple renewal. I just renewed my stamp 4 based on zambrano few months back.
any advices for me.Thanks
Thanks for replying. Those documents are for applying naturalisation, not for renewing stamp 4.mayflower805 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 13, 2017 10:56 amyr403 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 12, 2017 6:27 amI post It on 3rd November, and Is back after Two days.It Is first letter that they asked doctor's letter, my child'school letter, Bank statements and house Bills.Actually I gave them each year electricity bills for address proof, but they still need 2 bills covering different periods each year. Also these bank statements must show day to day transactions.
