Tier 2 ICT Long term Staff Partner visa as my dependent OR Tier 2 ICT Long term Staff Migrant visa

I got a Tier 2 ICT Long term Staff Migrant visa. Now my wife is working with another firm in India and her firm is willing to give her transfer to UK office. Now should she apply for Tier 2 ICT Long term Staff Partner visa as my dependent OR apply for Tier 2 ICT Long term Staff Migrant visa from her current company ?

Either, it is her/employer choice. For the employer to sponsor her though, she must have worked for them in India for a minimum of 12 months.
