Schengen Visa - family member nationality Question

Hi

I am trying to apply for a schengen visa for my wife, I am on British passport.

In the form I am trying to fill in the EU family member section and it has the following question -

EU, EEA or CH citizen family member nationality - It lists all the countries like France Germany etc and "schengen states" but does not list UK.

Any idea what I need to fill in here?

Your wife isn't an EU Family Member on the face of it as you appear to be British in UK on UK immigration route.

Do you have to fill out a online form?
There is only a field nationality in the paper schengen application form.
