At the moment i am on 27k and my requirements in march 2019 for ILR is £35,500.00
My Pay rise is due in March 2018 and if my company agrees to raise my Salary to the required salary for ILR (35,500.00) in February 2018 would that help me in my ILR as i will be having appropriate salary during last 1 year prior to my Application for ILR?
In case, if they do not raise now and raise 6 months before my application in March 2019, will this help or not?

It is gross salary, excluding bonuses.
