Tier 1 Entrepreneur extension Interview query

Post by amit8910 » Mon Nov 13, 2017 3:24 pm

Hi All,

Most of applicant advised that UKVI asks below question.

1)can you access your tax account and can you print statement from there?

Is it mean my personal account or business? My accountant does have all the access so Can I tell them my accountant does have abscess?

2)last tax payment receipt

Is it mean corporation tax payment?I paid my corporation tax by business card so should I give that or CT600.

Thanks in adavance

Not sure if those were in most interviews, but register yourself at online (https://www.tax.service.gov.uk/governme ... in=unknown) and you can access your records yourself, if you want.

To access your company records, you register as an organisation.

You can register as an organisation, and your accountant will be registered as an accountant.

However it may take some time to get registered, as they will post a verification code to your business address, which you will need to confirm on the hmrc website in order to get access to your business profile.

You can always check with your accountant, if they are able to provide you with the details they have registered with, as my accountant was able to provide me.

For tax records, once you have access to the HMRC system you can see a breakdown of payments between different tax years. You can also show them the payment made from your business account.

It is relevant to Immigration Discussion, as it is one of the questions being asked in the interview.

Tier 1 Entrepreneur questions

Post by amit8910 » Mon Jan 29, 2018 9:44 pm

Hi All,

One of my friend told me that his friend had three interviews for 200K extension.Anybody else had more than one interview?

What we need to make sure when we are making contract with client?

Example:If I am taking contract of marketing of client then should I take daily rate or monthly fee?

Thanks in advance

This does not concern any immigration rules. Run your business as you find fit.

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur SAR note

Post by amit8910 » Mon Feb 05, 2018 5:03 pm

Hi All,

I applied for SAR report from home office. There is note on my case says "case excluded from service standard-indicator 4". Anybody know what could be indicator 4?

There is not not on case after months. It is really unprofessional work from home office.

It probably means that the case is complex and cannot be decided within the promised timeframe.

SAR = Subject Access Request - requesting from HO gives a history of your immigration status/travel etc.

You don't need to request SAR. When you have been waiting for long, it may give some additional information if the CW has taken the effort to update their internal record during the process. But given that it can take a couple of months to get a response to your SAR request, it is more likely you will get a letter from HO before you get the SAR if a decision has been made.
