The passport wasn’t straightforward, they asked me for more pictures then my Spanish passport , I wasn’t able send it as I’m working for an airline and I need my passport to work ,call centre said that was a must ,no photocopy, and that they wouldn’t accept my ID card just the passport ,
The call center wasn’t very helpful, emailed the passport office and explained the case,they were more understanding
I had send a photocopy of my airport pass and a photocopy of my Spanish passport
Then was very straight forward
It took two weeks when it should had take only one
Anyway I’m very please now!!
